INTRODUCTION AND IMPORTANCE
Known as a very uncommon disease, erosive adenomatosis of the nipple is a benign neoplasm of the breast. However, its destructive process can have a considerably negative impact on patient's quality of life.
CASE PRESENTATION
We report the case of a 45-year-old woman who presented at the visceral surgery department of the National Teaching Hospital of Cotonou-Benin (CNHU-HKM) for a burgeoning mass of the left nipple. She was diagnosed an erosive adenomatosis of the nipple and underwent a nipple resection with reconstruction.
CLINICAL DISCUSSION
Erosive adenomatosis is one differential diagnosis for lesion of the nipple. Clinically, it should be discussed with malignant nipple tumours including Paget's disease.
CONCLUSION
Surgery is the cornerstone of the treatment, and the prognosis is excellent.

乳头糜烂性腺瘤是一种非常罕见的疾病，是乳腺的良性肿瘤。然而，其破坏过程会对患者的生活质量产生相当大的负面影响。
病例报告
我们报告一例45岁女性病例，该患者因左乳头出现迅速增大的肿物就诊于科托努-贝宁国家教学医院（CNHU-HKM）的内脏外科。她被诊断为乳头糜烂性腺瘤，并接受了乳头切除及重建手术。
临床讨论
糜烂性腺瘤是乳头病变的鉴别诊断之一。临床上，应与包括佩吉特病在内的恶性乳头肿瘤进行鉴别。
结论
手术是治疗的基石，预后良好。
