Abstract

Severe deformities of the proximal femur can make it impossible to implant a straight-shaft prosthesis. A correctly aligned axis can be achieved by intertrochanteric osteotomy. The case report described here shows that with exact fitting, the Zweymüller type cement-free prosthesis not only results in stable diaphyseal conditions for its own implantation, but is also a suitable means of achieving a stable internal osteosynthesis of two diametaphyseally proximal fragments.

股骨近端的严重畸形可能导致无法植入直柄假体。通过转子间截骨术可以实现正确对齐的轴线。此处描述的病例报告表明,通过精确适配,Zweymüller型无骨水泥假体不仅能为自身植入创造稳定的骨干条件,也是实现两个近端干骺端骨折块稳定内固定的合适方法。
