Abstract

BACKGROUND AND AIMS

The current study aimed to review the effects of dairy foods on lipid profile in randomized controlled clinical trials (RCTs).

METHODS

We searched PubMed, Scopus, Embase, and Central. RCTs that assess the effects of dairy foods on lipid profile were included.

RESULTS

The overall effects of dairy foods on lipid profile were non-significant. Dairy foods were associated with a non-significant reduction in triacylglycerol level, and a non-significant increase in total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol level.

CONCLUSION

We conclude that dairy foods doesn't have any unfavorable effects on lipids.

背景与目的

本研究旨在综述随机对照临床试验(RCT)中乳制品对血脂谱的影响。

方法

我们检索了 PubMed、Scopus、Embase 和 The Cochrane Library。纳入评估乳制品对血脂谱影响的 RCT。

结果

乳制品对血脂谱的总体影响无统计学意义。乳制品与三酰甘油水平的非显著性降低以及总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平的非显著性升高有关。

结论

我们的结论是,乳制品对血脂没有任何不利影响。
