A new cyclopentenone derivative, atrovinol (), together with ten known compounds () were isolated from HH-01, an endophytic fungus from (Hernandiaceae). Their structures were identified by HRESIMS, 1 D/2D NMR, and electronic circular dichroism (ECD) spectra. Compound exhibited moderate inhibitory activity against and with MIC values of 8.0 µg/mL and 16.0 µg/mL, respectively.
