On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the VEB Gustav Fischer Verlag Jena it is perhaps appropriate to pay tribute to the extraordinary merit due to this firm for the publication of the Anatomischer Anzeiger established by Karl von Bardeleben in 1886. This contribution shows that the viability and great international regard enjoyed by the journal are due not only to the advanced ideas upon which it was based but also to the publishing spirit exhibited by the original publisher, Gustav Fischer. The Anatomischer Anzeiger will retain its international character in future and will remain a versatile anatomical journal publishing profound and scientifically stimulating papers in all fields of anatomy.
值耶拿VEB古斯塔夫·费舍尔出版社成立100周年之际，或许应当向该出版社致以特别敬意，因其出版了卡尔·冯·巴尔德勒本于1886年创办的《解剖学通报》。这一贡献表明，该期刊的活力与崇高国际声誉不仅归功于其创立时的先进理念，还得益于原出版商古斯塔夫·费舍尔所展现的出版精神。《解剖学通报》今后将保持其国际特色，继续作为一本多功能解剖学期刊，发表解剖学各领域深刻且具科学启发性的论文。
