Testing for three serum markers in screening for hepatitis B disclosed 34 of 292 patients testing positive to anti-HBc. Responses to the medical history alone disclosed only one patient with a history of hepatitis. Seroanalysis, plus a complete history, yields the most reliable results.
在乙肝筛查中检测三种血清标志物，发现292例患者中有34例抗-HBc检测呈阳性。仅根据病史，仅发现一名有肝炎病史的患者。血清分析加上完整的病史，可得出最可靠的结果。
