INTRODUCTION
Scalp rosacea is scarcely reported in the literature, but it is probably not uncommon. Trichoscopic findings have not been specifically established for this entity.
CASE PRESENTATION
We report 4 cases of chronic scalp rosacea with trichoscopic evidence of peripilar scaling that resolved without scarring after treatment.
DISCUSSION/CONCLUSION: Chronic and persistent inflammation around the isthmus produced in scalp rosacea may form peripilar scaling resembling that found in lichen planopilaris.

头皮酒渣鼻在文献中鲜有报道，但可能并不罕见。针对该病症，尚未明确其毛发镜检查结果。
病例报告
我们报告了4例慢性头皮酒渣鼻病例，这些病例通过毛发镜检查发现有毛囊周围脱屑现象，经治疗后痊愈，未留疤痕。
讨论/结论：头皮酒渣鼻在峡部周围产生的慢性持续性炎症可能会形成类似扁平苔藓样毛发角化病中的毛囊周围脱屑。
