Abstract
The hard and soft tissue changes brought about by Le Fort II osteotomies on 13 non-cleft patients were studied using pre-operative, immediate post-operative and follow up lateral cephalograms. The cephalometric analysis was carried out using a digitizer linked to a microcomputer. The results are compared with a similar study previously reported for cleft patients.

利用术前、术后即刻及随访时的头颅侧位片，对13例非腭裂患者接受勒福Ⅱ型截骨术所引起的软硬组织变化进行了研究。使用与微型计算机相连的数字化仪进行头影测量分析。将结果与先前报道的一项针对腭裂患者的类似研究进行比较。
