A new ent-kaurane diterpenoid, named kaurane daturoside A (), was isolated from the 70%-EtOH extract of dried pericarps of L., along with six known terpenoids, 16,17-dihydroxy-ent-kauran-19-diglycoside (), cyclosieversioside F (), astragaloside II (), ginsenoside Rg1 (), astrojanoside A (), celerioside E (). The isolated structures were elucidated by means of spectroscopic analyses, and the compounds , , were separated from Solanaceae for the first time. Meanwhile, among isolates, compounds and exhibited anti-inflammatory activities against LPS-activated RAW264.7 cells (IC<11.00 M).
从 L. 的干燥种皮的 70%-EtOH 提取物中分离得到一种新的-ent-贝壳杉烷二萜,命名为贝壳杉烷 daturoside A (),此外还分离得到了 6 种已知萜类化合物,16,17-二羟基-ent-贝壳杉-19-二糖苷 ()、环塞维罗斯苷 F ()、黄芪苷 II ()、人参皂苷 Rg1 ()、阿斯特拉苷 A ()和芹菜苷 E ()。通过光谱分析阐明了分离结构,化合物 、 、 首次从茄科植物中分离得到。同时,在所分离的化合物中,化合物 和 对 LPS 激活的 RAW264.7 细胞表现出抗炎活性(IC<11.00 M)。
