The principle of the systemic disposition of psychotherapy is presented by the example of schizophrenic family systems. There is need of counteracting the "psychotic plays" with a communication of therapeutic strategies. The Heidelberg model works with five perspectives: the referred individuation, the delegation, the several-generations-dynamics of guilt and merit, and the status of mutuality. In schizophrenia family therapy seems to be very helpful also in the realm of a "family psychosomatics". The aim would be the introduction of a family medicine.
以精神分裂症家庭系统为例阐述了心理治疗系统配置的原则。需要通过传达治疗策略来对抗“精神病态行为”。海德堡模型从五个视角展开：所提及的个性化、委托、几代人之间罪责与功绩的动态关系以及相互性状态。在精神分裂症治疗中，家庭治疗在“家庭心身医学”领域似乎也非常有帮助。目标将是引入家庭医学。
