Abstract
A Kirshner wire penetrated and transfixed the endotracheal tube placed to maintain a patient for open reduction of a malar bone fracture. To avoid such incidents, a radiographic check should be made soon after wire placement, and tracheotomy equipment should be available in the oral surgery suite.

一根克氏针穿透并固定了为维持颧骨骨折切开复位患者气道而放置的气管内导管。为避免此类事件发生，应在钢丝置入后不久进行影像学检查，并且口腔外科手术室应备有气管切开设备。
