The results of a clinico-statistical study of 483 patients with depressive syndromes in the framework of affective and schizoaffective psychoses demonstrated a wide range of depressive conditions. In the absence of specific nosological types of depression there was, however, a certain predilection of the syndromal distribution in the nosological framework, in some clinical, psychopathological features, even in structural similar depressions, depending upon the character of the development of the pathological process and its dynamics.
对483例情感性和分裂情感性精神病框架下的抑郁综合征患者进行临床统计学研究的结果表明，抑郁状况范围广泛。然而，在缺乏特定抑郁症病种类型的情况下，在病种框架内，综合征分布在某些临床、精神病理学特征方面，甚至在结构相似的抑郁症中，存在一定的偏好，这取决于病理过程发展的特征及其动态变化。
