This study is the first to research to report the complete 16,496 bp mitochondrial genome of , which consists of 13 protein-coding genes, two ribosomal RNA genes, 22 transfer RNA genes, and a control region (D-loop). The overall base composition of the complete genome is 27.26% A, 25.65% T, 16.46% G, and 30.63% C, with a high A + T content of 52.91%. Phylogenetic analysis showed that was most closely related to . In this study, the mitogenome of will provide useful information for phylogenetic and evolutionary understanding in the family Sciaenidae.
本研究首次报道了[物种名称]完整的16496bp线粒体基因组,该基因组由13个蛋白质编码基因、两个核糖体RNA基因、22个转运RNA基因和一个控制区(D环)组成。完整基因组的总体碱基组成为:A占27.26%,T占25.65%,G占16.46%,C占30.63%,A+T含量较高,为52.91%。系统发育分析表明,[物种名称]与[另一物种名称]关系最为密切。在本研究中,[物种名称]的线粒体基因组将为鲷科的系统发育和进化理解提供有用信息。
