Abstract

Poir. 1804 has a long history of medicinal use in China. The chloroplast (cp) genome of . was 153,916 bp in length, with a large single-copy (LSC) region of 82,027 bp, a small single-copy (SSC) region of 21,129 bp, and a pair of inverted repeats (IRs) of 25,380 bp, forming a typical quadripartite structure. A total of 132 genes were annotated from the cp genome of . , including 89 protein-coding genes, 35 tRNA genes, and eight ribosomal RNA genes. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that . was closely related to the species of .

波叶大黄在中国有着悠久的药用历史。波叶大黄的叶绿体(cp)基因组长度为153,916 bp,其中大单拷贝(LSC)区域为82,027 bp,小单拷贝(SSC)区域为21,129 bp,一对反向重复序列(IRs)为25,380 bp,形成典型的四分体结构。从波叶大黄的cp基因组中共注释出132个基因,包括89个蛋白质编码基因、35个tRNA基因和8个核糖体RNA基因。系统发育分析表明,波叶大黄与某物种关系密切。
