Red ear syndrome (RES) was first described by Lance in 1994. It is characterized by recurrent attacks of redness of the ear, accompanied by burning pain, increased temperature, dysesthesia, and nosological relationship with headache.
We report the case of a 43-year-old woman with migraine who developed RES. Redness episodes occurred at the same time of the day. She had a good therapeutic response to gabapentin.
To the best of our knowledge, this is the first case of RES in which redness episodes occurred at the same time of the day.
红耳综合征（RES）于 1994 年由 Lance 首次描述。其特征为反复发作的耳部变红，伴有烧灼感、温度升高、感觉异常，并与头痛有一定的发病关系。
我们报告了一例偏头痛伴发 RES 的 43 岁女性病例。红斑发作发生在每天的同一时间。她对加巴喷丁有良好的治疗反应。
据我们所知，这是首例红斑发作发生在每天同一时间的 RES 病例。
