Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy (mPCNL) with vacuum suction sheath in the treatment of renal calculi. We collected relevant studies of vacuum suction sheath and non-vacuum sheath mPCNL from PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane databases for a meta-analysis following Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. 7 studies were included (4 randomized controlled studies, 3 retrospective studies involving 1803 patients). The final meta-analysis results showed that the operative time , auxiliary procedures and complications in the vacuum suction sheath group were significantly lower than those in the non-vacuum sheath group. The immediate and final stone-free rates were also significantly lower in the vacuum suction sheath group. This study indicates that the application of vacuum suction sheath in mPCNL can significantly shorten the operative time and patient hospitalization, reduce auxiliary procedures and complications (especially fever, urinary tract infection, and pain).

目的 评估带真空吸引鞘的微创经皮肾镜取石术(mPCNL)治疗肾结石的临床疗效。我们按照系统评价和Meta分析的首选报告项目(PRISMA)指南,从PubMed、Embase和Cochrane数据库中收集了有关真空吸引鞘和非真空鞘mPCNL的相关研究进行Meta分析。纳入7项研究(4项随机对照研究,3项回顾性研究,共1803例患者)。最终的Meta分析结果显示,真空吸引鞘组的手术时间、辅助操作及并发症均显著低于非真空鞘组。真空吸引鞘组的即时和最终无石率也显著更低。本研究表明,在mPCNL中应用真空吸引鞘可显著缩短手术时间和患者住院时间,减少辅助操作及并发症(尤其是发热、尿路感染和疼痛)。
