(Emery, 1925) is an omnivorous ant species native to East Asia and has been introduced to North America. The mitochondrial genome of is 19,207 bp in length with an A + T content of 81.3% and includes 13 protein-coding genes, 2 ribosomal RNA genes, 22 transfer RNAs, and a control region. This sequence data would play an important role in the investigation of mitochondrial evolution of the subfamily Myrmicinae.
