This study aims to investigate the prevalence, related risk factors, manifestations, and management of ectopic pregnancy in the first hospital of the Jilin University over a five-year period.
A retrospective study of ectopic pregnancy was conducted in the First Hospital of the Jilin University between January 1, 2010 and December 31, 2014. The results were analyzed using simple descriptive statistics and reported as frequencies and percentages.
The results revealed that out of 16,050 gynecological admissions to the hospital over the five-year period, there were 1273 ectopic pregnancies, with a prevalence rate of 7.93% of all gynecological admissions. The majority of these patients were aged 25-34 y and had a past history of abortion (61%) and uterine cavity surgery (38.6%), and a significant number were nulliparous (549, 43.1%). Bleeding accompanied by abdominal pain were the most common presenting complaints (65.2%). A unilateral salpingectomy was performed for most of these patients.
Ectopic pregnancy had notable morbidity over the five-year period under study, and a history of abortion and uterine cavity surgery were identified as associated risk factors that limited the future reproductive potential of nulliparous women. Therefore, targeted health education campaigns should be conducted in order to enlighten this group of women and the public at large.
本研究旨在调查吉林大学第一医院五年期间异位妊娠的患病率、相关危险因素、临床表现及治疗情况。
对吉林大学第一医院2010年1月1日至2014年12月31日期间的异位妊娠进行回顾性研究。采用简单描述性统计方法分析结果，并以频数和百分比形式报告。
结果显示，在该医院五年期间16050例妇科住院患者中，异位妊娠患者有1273例，占所有妇科住院患者的7.93%。这些患者大多数年龄在25 - 34岁之间，既往有流产史（61%）和宫腔手术史（38.6%），且有相当数量为未生育女性（549例，43.1%）。最常见的症状是伴有腹痛的阴道出血（65.2%）。大多数患者接受了单侧输卵管切除术。
在所研究的五年期间，异位妊娠发病率显著，流产史和宫腔手术史被确定为相关危险因素，限制了未生育女性未来的生育潜能。因此，应开展有针对性的健康教育活动，以提高这部分女性及广大公众的认识。
