Several species of the sheat nematodes, spp., have been known to cause significant damage to agricultural crops, including , , , , , and . Remarkably, our study reported on the presence of for the first time in Vietnam. This species was found on 83.33% of the total samples with an average density of 270 individuals/100ml of soil (positive samples). In this study, the Vietnamese population of was characterized based on both morphology and molecular characterization of D2-D3 expansion segment of 28S rRNA sequence. Besides, a molecular phylogenetic tree of the genus was also provided.
鞘线虫属的几个物种,即[具体物种名称],已知会对包括[列举的农作物名称]在内的农作物造成严重损害。值得注意的是,我们的研究首次报道了[物种名称]在越南的存在。该物种在83.33%的总样本中被发现,平均密度为270个个体/100毫升土壤(阳性样本)。在本研究中,基于28S rRNA序列D2-D3扩展片段的形态学和分子特征对越南的[物种名称]种群进行了表征。此外,还提供了鞘线虫属的分子系统发育树。
