A system of the radical reconstructive surgery for hematogenic osteomyelitis of the spine is described. 47 patients were operated upon; among them there were 16 children. A partial rejection of the bone graft was found in one patient. Repeated necrectomies for the progress of the local process were carried out upon 2 patients. One patient died in the late postoperative period. The radical reconstructive operations cure the disease and favour the recovery of the patients' working capacity.
本文描述了一种用于脊柱血源性骨髓炎的根治性重建手术系统。对47例患者进行了手术，其中有16名儿童。1例患者出现骨移植部分排斥反应。2例患者因局部病情进展进行了再次坏死组织切除术。1例患者在术后晚期死亡。根治性重建手术治愈了疾病，有利于患者恢复工作能力。
