Acute coronary artery dissection commonly occurs in young women without cardiovascular risk factors. Predisposing factors, including fibromuscular dysplasia or other vasculopathies, have been demonstrated in its etiology. Here we report the case of a 46-year-old-man who presented with left anterior descending coronary artery dissection caused by blast injury after a bomb explosion. ().
