[Immunological reactivity of patients with acute disorders of cerebral circulation].

Changes in immunological responsiveness, including humoral and cellular immunity, spontaneous rosette formation of neutrophils and their phagocytic activity were investigated in 100 patients with acute disorder of the cerebral circulation, in 25 clinically healthy individuals and in 20 patients with essential hypertension. The findings made it possible to confirm the presence of immunological changes following cerebral strokes as well as their influence on the course and outcome of acute impairments of the cerebral circulation.
