An efficient annulation method for the synthesis of polysubstituted dihydrofurans from 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds and maleimides is described. The reactions can afford furo[2,3-]pyrrole derivatives with satisfactory yields. The developed strategy realizes the direct oxidative double C(sp)-H functionalization in the presence of copper(I) salts and 2-(-butylperoxy)-2-methylpropane. Meanwhile, this protocol features a mild reaction condition and simple catalytic system. A reaction mechanism involving a single electron oxidation is also proposed.
本文描述了一种从1,3 - 二羰基化合物和马来酰亚胺合成多取代二氢呋喃的有效环化方法。该反应能以令人满意的产率得到呋喃并[2,3 - ]吡咯衍生物。所开发的策略在铜(I)盐和2 - (叔丁基过氧)-2 - 甲基丙烷存在下实现了直接氧化双C(sp)-H官能化。同时,该方法具有反应条件温和和催化体系简单的特点。还提出了一种涉及单电子氧化的反应机理。
