Abstract
Operation specimens of thyroid tissue from patients with Graves' disease were digested, with collagenase, down to a cell suspension. The lymphocytes in the suspension were concentrated by density-gradient sedimentation and the proportions of B and T lymphocytes were determined. Six patients with Graves' disease were studied. The proportions of B and T lymphocytes in the thyroid glands were similar to the proportions of B and T lymphocytes in the venous blood from healthy subjects.

对格雷夫斯病患者的甲状腺组织手术标本用胶原酶进行消化，直至形成细胞悬液。通过密度梯度沉降法浓缩悬液中的淋巴细胞，并测定B淋巴细胞和T淋巴细胞的比例。对6例格雷夫斯病患者进行了研究。甲状腺中B淋巴细胞和T淋巴细胞的比例与健康受试者静脉血中B淋巴细胞和T淋巴细胞的比例相似。
