A practical nickel- and photoredox-catalyzed Csp-H monofluoroalkenylation through chelation-assisted Csp-F bond cleavage of -difluoroalkenes for the synthesis of stereodefined tetrasubstituted fluoroalkenes has been developed. Moreover, the -difluoroalkenes can also undergo photoredox-catalyzed cascade twofold C-F diaminomethylation.
