Abstract
Five cases of chronic bullous dermatosis of childhood (CBDC), a rare bullous disease, are presented. Also known as linear IgA bullous dermatitis, it has significant immunofluorescence findings. Treatment with dapsone, 50 mg daily, is recommended.
