Hepatic actinomycosis is an uncommon entity that forms communicating abscesses and fistulae. A case is presented in which findings on ultrasound, CT, and percutaneous injection of the abscess all reflected the pathologic process. Biopsy by thin-needle aspiration under CT guidance afforded prompt, accurate diagnosis and effective therapy.
肝放线菌病是一种少见的可形成交通性脓肿和瘘管的疾病。本文报告1例，其超声、CT及脓肿经皮注射检查结果均反映了病理过程。CT引导下细针穿刺活检实现了快速、准确诊断并进行了有效治疗。
