120 patients suffering from malignant melanoma were examined by means of 10-Mcs sonographic scanner for the detection of regional lymphatic metastases. Metastases appeared as circumscribed regions of very low echodensity and could readily be separated from benign alterations. Sonography of the regional lymph nodes, therefore, proved to be a useful technique for the follow-up of melanoma patients.
采用10兆赫超声扫描仪对120例恶性黑色素瘤患者进行检查，以检测区域淋巴结转移情况。转移灶表现为极低回声密度的局限性区域，很容易与良性病变区分开来。因此，区域淋巴结超声检查被证明是黑色素瘤患者随访的一项有用技术。
