Dermoscopy was used to investigate skin lesions in 15 children with Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH). Purplish-red globules or patches could be seen in different rashes under dermoscopy, and histopathology showed extravasation of red blood cells. The dermoscopy findings closely correlated with the histopathology results. Purplish-red globules or patches could be useful as important dermoscopy features for the differential diagnosis of LCH.
皮肤镜检查用于研究 15 例朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症（LCH）患儿的皮肤病变。在皮肤镜下可观察到不同皮疹中有紫红色的小球或斑块，组织病理学显示红细胞外渗。皮肤镜检查结果与组织病理学结果密切相关。紫红色小球或斑块可能是 LCH 鉴别诊断的重要皮肤镜特征。
