Abstract

A practical method to synthesize -heteroaryl esters from -heteroaryl methanols with acyl cyanides C-C bond cleavage without using any transition metal is demonstrated here. The use of NaCO/15-crown-5 couple enables access to a series of -heteroaryl esters in high efficiency. This protocol is operationally simple and highly environmentally benign producing only cyanides as byproducts.

本文展示了一种从杂芳基甲醇与酰基氰化物合成杂芳基酯的实用方法,该方法无需使用任何过渡金属即可实现C-C键裂解。使用NaCO/15-冠-5组合能够高效地获得一系列杂芳基酯。该方案操作简单,对环境高度友好,仅产生氰化物作为副产物。
