The cytologic diagnosis by intraoperative fine-needle aspiration of a case of partially cystic adenosquamous carcinoma of the pancreas is reported. Tissue for histologic confirmation was not obtained. Confirmatory ultrastructural and immunochemical findings are thus presented.
