In 140 out-patients of a liver dispensary department 18 clinical and immunological markers (autoantibodies) in 7 well defined diseases were found. We them underwent to a multiple linear factor analysis. 4 different and independent structural factors could be defined: 1. a so-called autoimmunity factor, 2. a parenchymatous factor, 3. an ethanol factor and, finally, a dysproteinemia factor. By individual factor analysis different hepatological diseases could be characterized.
在一家肝病门诊的140名门诊患者中，发现了7种明确疾病中的18种临床和免疫标志物（自身抗体）。我们对其进行了多元线性因子分析。可以确定4个不同且独立的结构因子：1. 一种所谓的自身免疫因子；2. 实质因子；3. 乙醇因子；最后是4. 蛋白异常血症因子。通过个体因子分析，可以对不同的肝病进行特征描述。
