Abstract

A hydroamination of unactivated alkynes and lithium bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide (LiN(SOF)) is described under mild conditions, affording a single regioisomer of the sulfonyl fluorides. This method features broad functional group compatibility and delivers the target vinyl fluorosulfonimides in good to excellent yields. Moreover, gram-scale hydroamination of terminal and internal alkynes is achieved. Further transformations exploiting the reactivity of the vinyl fluorosulfonimide are subsequently developed for the synthesis of fluorosulfates and diphenyl sulfate.

描述了在温和条件下未活化炔烃与双(氟磺酰基)亚胺锂(LiN(SO₂F))的氢胺化反应,得到单一区域异构体的磺酰氟。该方法具有广泛的官能团兼容性,能以良好至优异的产率得到目标乙烯基氟磺酰亚胺。此外,实现了端炔和内炔的克级氢胺化反应。随后开发了利用乙烯基氟磺酰亚胺反应性的进一步转化反应,用于合成氟硫酸盐和硫酸二苯酯。
