INTRODUCTION
It is a form of chronic granulomatous infection involving skin, subcutaneous tissue, and skeletal system. The authors report a case of mycetoma presenting as knee swelling.
CASE REPORT
A 25-year-old male presented to outdoor with painless swelling around medial aspect of the right knee joint with intermittent discharge of black granules from sinus since 6 months. The patient reported for mycetoma around knee joint belongs to Stage-B as per "Staging-classification of mycetoma."
CONCLUSION
Knee mycetoma is a very rare presentation. Wide surgical excision and medical treatment are considered as gold standard.

病例报告
一名25岁男性因右膝关节内侧无痛性肿胀伴窦道间歇性排出黑色颗粒6个月前来门诊就诊。根据“足菌肿分期分类”，该患者膝关节周围足菌肿属于B期。
结论
膝关节足菌肿是一种非常罕见的表现。广泛手术切除和药物治疗被认为是金标准。
