In this study, the protective effects of chlorophyll and chlorophyll b (0.5 and 1 µM) against the heterocyclic amine compound 2-amino-3,8-dimethylimidazo[4,5-f]quinoxaline (MeIQx, 4.69 µM, 9.38 µM, 23.45 µM) with somatic mutation and recombination test in are investigated. Chronic applications are performed to transheterozygous larvae with respect to two recessive genes, (multiple wing hair) and (flare), by using strains. The genotoxic effects of MeIQx are primarily determined for third instars larvae. In antigenotoxicity studies, two different application groups are constituted. While for the first group doses of chlorophyll , , and MeIQx are given to the third instars larvae simultaneously, for the second group doses of MeIQx are applied at the third instars after doses of chlorophyll and are given to at the second instars larvae. Chlorophyll and are effective in reducing genotoxic effects of MeIQx by both applications on individuals and it is observed that the pretreatment method is much more effective than the simultaneous one. There are similar results for chlorophyll and in efficacy.
在本研究中,研究了叶绿素a和叶绿素b(0.5和1μM)对杂环胺化合物2-氨基-3,8-二甲基咪唑并[4,5-f]喹喔啉(MeIQx,4.69μM、9.38μM、23.45μM)在果蝇中的体细胞突变和重组试验的保护作用。通过使用特定品系,对关于两个隐性基因multiple wing hair和flare的转杂合幼虫进行长期应用。主要针对三龄幼虫确定MeIQx的遗传毒性作用。在抗遗传毒性研究中,组成了两个不同的应用组。对于第一组,将叶绿素a、b和MeIQx的剂量同时给予三龄幼虫,而对于第二组,在二龄幼虫给予叶绿素a和b的剂量后,在三龄幼虫时给予MeIQx的剂量。叶绿素a和b通过对个体的两种应用方式在降低MeIQx的遗传毒性作用方面均有效,并且观察到预处理方法比同时处理方法更有效。叶绿素a和b在功效方面有相似的结果。
