Real time ultrasonography can be used in the post operative period through a bone defect such as a craniectomy or laminectomy when their surface excess 6 cm2. It permits without moving the patient the study of the normal post-operative evolution of certain lesions such as abscess or ventricule enlargement, and the diagnosis of early post-operative complications. Tardive unfavourable anatomic evolution and/or recurrence can also be studied. In the future, the miniaturization of the probe will allow to extend this technique to smaller bone window.
当颅骨切除术或椎板切除术等骨缺损表面超过6平方厘米时,实时超声检查可在术后通过该骨缺损进行。它无需移动患者即可研究某些病变(如脓肿或脑室扩大)的正常术后演变情况,并诊断早期术后并发症。还可以研究延迟性不利的解剖学演变和/或复发情况。未来,探头的小型化将使这项技术能够扩展到更小的骨窗。
