Humic acid is a non toxic, inexpensive, easily available high-molecular weight polymer. A simple and facile one pot three-component synthesis of 5-substituted 1-tetrazoles from aldehydes, hydroxyamine hydrochloride and sodium azide using humic acid as an efficient catalyst in water is described. The method reported has several advantages such as high to excellent yields, easy work-up, mild reaction conditions, use of water as a green solvent, and a commercially available, nontoxic and reusable catalyst.
腐殖酸是一种无毒、廉价且易于获得的高分子量聚合物。本文描述了一种简单便捷的一锅三组分合成方法,该方法以腐殖酸为高效催化剂,在水中由醛、盐酸羟胺和叠氮化钠合成5-取代-1-四唑。所报道的方法具有多个优点,如产率高至优异、后处理简便、反应条件温和、使用水作为绿色溶剂以及采用市售、无毒且可重复使用的催化剂。
