Abstract

Herein, nano-kaolin/Ti/FeO as a new magnetic nano-catalyst was synthesized, and its structural properties were characterized using various techniques such as Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX). This catalyst was used for the synthesis of pyrimido[2,1-]benzothiazoles the one-pot condensation of 2-aminobenzothiazole, an aldehyde and β-keto ester under solvent-free conditions at 100 °C. This simple protocol has many advantages such as easy workup, high product yields, short reaction times and reusability of the catalyst.

在此,合成了新型磁性纳米催化剂纳米高岭土/Ti/FeO,并使用傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)、热重分析(TGA)和能量色散X射线光谱(EDX)等多种技术对其结构性质进行了表征。该催化剂用于在100℃无溶剂条件下通过2-氨基苯并噻唑、醛和β-酮酯的一锅缩合反应合成嘧啶并[2,1-]苯并噻唑。这种简单的方法具有许多优点,如后处理简便、产物收率高、反应时间短以及催化剂可重复使用。
