Enantioselective bromination of axially chiral cyanoarenes bearing high intrinsic rotational barriers dynamic kinetic resolution using bifunctional organocatalysts is reported. Sequential addition of a brominating reagent in several portions at an optimized temperature was effective in accomplishing high enantioselectivities.
报道了使用双功能有机催化剂对具有高固有旋转势垒的轴向手性氰基芳烃进行对映选择性溴化及动态动力学拆分。在优化温度下分几份顺序加入溴化试剂,对于实现高对映选择性是有效的。
