Abstract

. Torsion of the ovary, tube, or both is estimated to be responsible for 2-7% of all gynaecological emergencies. Oophorectomy is commonly performed for adnexal torsion with a possible negative impact on fertility in women of reproductive age. . We report two cases of teenage girls presented with adnexal torsion describing their laparoscopy features. Detorsion without additional surgical intervention could save their ovaries. . Detorsion is a more conservative surgical approach that should be considered in all younger women with ovarian torsion.

摘要

卵巢、输卵管或两者扭转估计占所有妇科急症的2%至7%。对于附件扭转,通常会进行卵巢切除术,这可能会对育龄女性的生育能力产生负面影响。我们报告了两例青少年女孩附件扭转的病例,并描述了她们的腹腔镜检查特征。在不进行额外手术干预的情况下进行扭转复位可以挽救她们的卵巢。扭转复位是一种更保守的手术方法,所有年轻的卵巢扭转女性都应考虑采用。
