A simple and efficient metal-free arylation of imidazo[1,2-]pyridines at the C-3 position with arylhydrazine has been achieved at room temperature under ambient air conditions. Various 2,3-disubstituted imidazopyridines and imidazothiazoles were synthesized with high yields. The present methodology demonstrates the usefulness of commercially available aryl hydrazine as an arylating agent.
在室温及环境空气条件下,实现了一种简单高效的无金属方法,使咪唑并[1,2 - ]吡啶在C - 3位与芳基肼进行芳基化反应。以高产率合成了各种2,3 - 二取代的咪唑并吡啶和咪唑并噻唑。本方法证明了市售芳基肼作为芳基化试剂的实用性。
