Abstract

A mild, efficient and environmentally benign method for synthesis of aromatic β-carbolines Cu(ii)-catalyzed oxidation of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-β-carbolines (THβCs) was developed, in which air (O) was used as the clean oxidant. This method has advantages such as environmentally friendliness, mildness, very good tolerance of functional groups, high yielding and easy experiment operation. In addition, this new methodology was successfully applied in the efficient and practical total syntheses of β-carboline alkaloids perlolyrine and flazin.

开发了一种温和、高效且环境友好的合成芳香族β-咔啉的方法——铜(II)催化的1,2,3,4-四氢-β-咔啉(THβCs)氧化反应,其中使用空气(O)作为清洁氧化剂。该方法具有环境友好、温和、对官能团耐受性非常好、产率高以及实验操作简便等优点。此外,这种新方法已成功应用于β-咔啉生物碱紫苏碱和黄酮的高效实用全合成中。
