A simple, mild, catalytic and efficient method for the straightforward synthesis of an interesting class of 2-aryl/alkyl-substituted-3-indolyl quinones in good to high yields is reported for the first time. This atom-efficient method proceeds copper-catalyzed one-pot sequential intramolecular hydroamination (C-N bond formation) of 2-alkynylanilines followed by oxidative C-C coupling with benzoquinones.
首次报道了一种简单、温和、具有催化作用且高效的方法,可直接合成一类有趣的2-芳基/烷基取代的3-吲哚基醌,产率良好至高。这种原子经济高效的方法是通过铜催化的2-炔基苯胺的一锅法顺序分子内氢胺化反应(形成C-N键),然后与苯醌进行氧化C-C偶联反应来进行的。
