With the continued interest in the properties of the difluoromethyl (CFH) group, small molecules with alkyl-CFH motifs have gained increasing attention. However, concise and efficient synthetic protocols to achieve these structures are still urgently needed. Herein, we report a new acyldifluoromethylation of inert alkenes via a synergistic NHC-photoredox catalysis featuring broad substrate scope and good functional group tolerance.
随着对二氟甲基(CFH)基团性质的持续关注,具有烷基-CFH基序的小分子受到了越来越多的关注。然而,实现这些结构的简洁高效的合成方法仍迫切需要。在此,我们报道了一种通过协同的NHC-光氧化还原催化实现惰性烯烃的新型酰基二氟甲基化反应,该反应具有广泛的底物范围和良好的官能团耐受性。
