Abstract

Brønsted acidic ionic liquid was found to be an efficient and recyclable catalyst for the synthesis of benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-]pyrimidines and 2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1)-ones. The reactions proceeded smoothly with a broad scope of substrates providing the expected products in good to excellent yields under an atom-economical pathway. The low-cost recyclable catalyst, metal- and solvent-free conditions, and the ease of product isolation are the highlighted advantages in solving the issue of trace metal contamination in synthesized pharmaceuticals.

布朗斯台德酸性离子液体被发现是合成苯并[4,5]咪唑并[1,2 - ]嘧啶和2,3 - 二氢喹唑啉 - 4(1) - 酮的高效且可回收的催化剂。反应顺利进行,底物范围广泛,在原子经济途径下以良好至优异的产率提供预期产物。低成本的可回收催化剂、无金属和无溶剂条件以及产物易于分离是解决合成药物中痕量金属污染问题的突出优点。
