Abstract
Chronic pulmonary schistosomiasis should be suspected in symptomatic patients with an endemic background presenting with migrating pulmonary lesions on high resolution computed tomography scan.

对于有流行病史且出现症状、高分辨率计算机断层扫描显示肺部有游走性病变的患者，应怀疑患有慢性肺血吸虫病。
