Abstract

Highly isoselective ring-opening polymerization (ROP) of -lactide is a challenge for sodium and potassium complexes under mild conditions. In this work, three sodium and potassium complexes with a sandwich-type catalytic center are highly active catalysts for the polymerization of -lactide and show high isoselectivities with values of 0.72-0.82. The best isoselectivity of = 0.82 is the highest value for alkali-metal complexes under mild conditions. The molecular weights of the obtained PLA are close to the theoretical values, and the molecular weight distributions are narrow.

摘要

在温和条件下,实现丙交酯的高异选择性开环聚合(ROP)对钠和钾配合物而言是一项挑战。在本工作中,三种具有夹心型催化中心的钠和钾配合物是丙交酯聚合的高活性催化剂,并且表现出0.72 - 0.82的高异选择性值。0.82的最佳异选择性是温和条件下碱金属配合物的最高值。所得聚乳酸(PLA)的分子量接近理论值,且分子量分布较窄。
