Abstract

An unprecedented use of benzylsulfonyl hydrazides as benzylating agents has been demonstrated in the direct C-3 benzylation of quinoxalin-2(1)-ones. A range of benzylsulfonyl hydrazides participated in the C-3 benzylation of quinoxalin-2(1)-ones with CuCN as the catalyst and DTBP as the oxidant, delivering structurally diverse 3-benzylquinoxalin-2(1)-ones in moderate to good yields.

苯磺酰基腙被首次用作苄基化试剂,用于喹喔啉-2(1H)-酮的直接 C-3 苄基化反应。一系列苯磺酰基腙在 CuCN 作为催化剂和 DTBP 作为氧化剂的条件下参与喹喔啉-2(1H)-酮的 C-3 苄基化反应,以中等至良好的收率得到结构多样的 3-苄基喹喔啉-2(1H)-酮。
