Abstract

Chest X-rays are the most commonly performed pediatric X-ray examinations, accounting for 50% of all films. Therefore, any change in radiological technique is bound to affect many patients. In the study reported here, image quality was visibly and measurably improved and the radiation dose lowered at the same time, by employing the slit technique for chest X-rays first described by Pasche in 1903.

胸部X光检查是儿科最常进行的X光检查，占所有X光片的50%。因此，放射技术的任何改变必然会影响到许多患者。在本文报道的研究中，通过采用1903年帕舍首次描述的胸部X光狭缝技术，图像质量在视觉上和可测量方面都得到了改善，同时辐射剂量降低。
