Pleomorphic adenoma is a benign tumor of salivary glands, arising from minor salivary glands, is very rare and presents with a minor female predilection; and the highest occurrence is between the fourth and sixth decades of life. It is of glandular origin, usually presenting as a slowly growing, painless, firm swelling that does not cause ulceration of the overlying mucosa. In this case, a 27-year male presented with swelling on buccal mucosa for three years. The swelling was firm and well circumscribed. Excisional biopsy was done under general anesthesia and the mass was excised. The histopathological evaluation revealed pleomorphic adenoma. This case highlights the need to keep this entity in the differential diagnosis of intra-oral indolent swellings of some duration. 多形性腺瘤是一种来源于唾液腺的良性肿瘤，起源于小唾液腺，非常罕见，女性略多见；高发年龄为 40 至 60 岁。它来源于腺体，通常表现为缓慢生长、无痛、坚实的肿胀，不会导致黏膜溃疡。本例为 27 岁男性，颊黏膜肿胀 3 年。肿胀坚实，界限清楚。在全身麻醉下进行了切除性活检，并切除了肿块。组织病理学评估显示为多形性腺瘤。本例强调了在鉴别诊断一些持续时间较长的口腔无痛性肿胀时需要考虑这种疾病。关键词：多形性腺瘤、颊黏膜、小唾液腺。
